Welcome to Cash Mountain Ranch, the historic estate custom designed and built by Johnny and Vivian Cash in 1960. Recently preserved and thoughtfully restored, the ranch honors Johnny's artistic vision, creative spirit, and family legacy while offering modern comforts for today's guests.

Nestled on 6 private acres between Ojai and Ventura 6-miles either way a snap to Ocean or Mountains , this 5,000-square-foot estate features two original primary suites, glamorous vintage-inspired décor, and the home's iconic gold glitter ceilings. The original wood-paneled music studio, where Johnny penned many of his songs, now serves as a unique office and creative retreat.

Outside, guests can enjoy sweeping 360-degree mountain and valley views, a pool and spa, western-style poolside bar, and a spectacular outdoor dining table that seats up to 25 guests. The property's beloved historic BBQ area overlooks the valley and was a favorite gathering place where Johnny grilled for family and friends.

The ranch is also home to friendly farm animals, including ostriches, goats, sheep, and pigs, creating a one-of-a-kind experience that blends music history, ranch life, and the natural beauty of Ojai.

FARM -We do have a farm that is 1-acre from main house that has ostriches, pigs, goats, sheep we have rescued most of these animals. If you have a dog that will chase or disrupt them please leave them at home.
