- All bedrooms equipped with memory foam, plant-based top of the line Beautyrest and luxury Stearns & Foster KING size mattresses.
- The living room has 1 full-sized sofa and 70" smart TV. Large bedroom has a 50” smart TV.
- Large kitchen with plenty of counter space, loads of cooking utensils, knives, and pots & pans, dishes, spices, olive oil, blender, toaster, microwave, and French Press, bean grinder & coffee maker with Keurig & drip capabilities to make an individual cup or a full pot. Fridge has icemaker for cubes or crushed ice and filtered water dispenser.

Guest access
Guest will not share the property with anyone else. Washer and dryer are also guest accessible and free to use! (Please bring detergent).
Enjoy walking the quiet neighborhood--you’ll see acres of wilderness, with gorgeous views of the valley and thousands of Joshua trees, cacti, and native plants. You might even spot a roadrunner, jackrabbit, or coyote!

Other things to note
—Air Conditioning & Heat
We provide central air conditioning & central heat in the house which has smart control and easy to operate. Please do not set it below 65, this keeps the unit from freezing up.

—Jacuzzi
Please shower before use. Please don’t put any liquid/solid soap or spa products into the spa or pool. The guests will take all liability and responsibility for your own safety.

—Pool
Anyone under 18 needs his/her parent’s present while swimming or near the pool for safety reasons. No diving and no glass near the pool. We have stainless steel cups and plastic for taking outside! The guests will take full liability and responsibility for your own and your guests safety.

—Pets
Your fur-friends are welcome with an additional fee of $100/ pet per stay. You are required to disclose before booking.
However, they are not allowed to swim in the pool, as their fur can cause the pool filters to build-up.
Please be aware of desert plants and keep your pets away from them, we strongly suggest you to use leash and accompany your pets while running in the yard, because the cactus might hurt. You are 100% responsible for yourself and your pets.

—No Parties or Events
We do not allow guests to throw parties or events in our home. We designed a house environment for 6 people. No unregistered extra guests are allowed. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors.

—Noise
Please always keep voice or music volume down especially while staying on the patio or pool area. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am.

—Dishes
Please load & run the dishwasher prior to checking out if you have used any dishes. Be sure to remove excess food into the trash.

—Broken Items
We understand that accidents happen, if anything breaks down - even if it's your fault- let us know so we can send someone to fix it or replace it for you and future guests. Please let us know if there are any serious stains on the furniture or floors, or if there is damage to anything and we will try our best to fix it ASAP.
Please leave the house in a neat and tidy condition. Thank you for your consideration.

—Plumbing
All houses in Joshua Tree are on a Septic Tank system. For this reason nothing can be flushed down the toilet except toilet paper. Following these guidelines will avoid problems with the plumbing.

—No-Smoking
Smoking (including E-Cig) is not allowed inside the property or within 10 feet of exterior door. Please dispose of cigarettes into the outdoor ashtray can located on the back porch. Extra cleaning fees may apply if your group has left cigarette litter on the ground. We appreciate your cooperation!

—Checking Out
Please check out of our Airbnb rental by 11:00AM. Checking out by this time ensures that we have enough time to clean the property and get it ready for our next guest. If you are still occupying the property after 11:15am, management reserves the right to charge Unapproved Late Checkout Fee of up to $200.

Other things to note
WILDLIFE:
The desert is wild and if you are very sensitive to insects, mice & bugs - it may not be for you. Please don't leave a door open, or animals, flies, bugs and more might run in. We love the desert and so do most of our guests, but just a friendly reminder that we are indeed in the wild.
