The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. In the living room, guests will find a television with satellite TV and home cinema system for evening entertainment. There is underfloor heating in all rooms and wireless WLAN is also available.

The flat is ideal for a beach holiday in the dignified Baltic seaside resort of Heiligendamm. It is just a few minutes' walk from the pier and the beach is also only 50 metres away. In the nearby village (approx. 750 m) you can hire bicycles and beach chairs, and there are also shopping facilities.

There is a bistro in the house itself, where you can also book breakfast.
