The natural beaches are not overcrowded in summer and offer space for the whole family. Here you are still undisturbed and don't have to pay for everything! Hiking, canoeing and cycling tours can be started directly from the accommodation. In 3 minutes you can walk to the harbour Puddemin / Puddeminer Wiek, where there is a restaurant with a beautiful view of the Bodden (bay-like coastal waters). An Italian restaurant can be reached in another 5 minutes by car and the Austrian restaurant in 10 minutes on foot. Furthermore "die Molkerei" (own delicious dairy products with attached nice cafe, where there are cakes, coffee, drinks, etc.), which can be reached in 5 minutes by car in Poseritz. Around the corner you can buy private eggs and jam. Other organic farms and an organic bakery are located nearby. EDEKA, bakers, hairdressers, a mustard factory, savings bank, ATMs, kebab shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, etc. can be found in the nearby town of Garz.

In the cooler season (Christmas markets e.g. in Stralsund, Greifswald, Putbus, Garz, etc.) a wood-burning stove provides pleasant warmth and light. Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are installed. WLAN/LAN are both possible and an internet radio is available! Our end terraced house has a living space of approx. 80 square metres. House rules are displayed in the house and must be followed!

The private property is for the exclusive use of our guests. The terrace has deckchairs, a table and a parasol. For safety reasons (thatched roof), barbecues are held outside the property, where various barbecue areas (10 metres away) are available to guests

An extra bed for 1 baby and a high chair for 1 toddler are available. The deposit must be paid to the landlord before arrival and will be refunded within 10 days of departure. The house must be left swept clean, the dishwasher empty and the rubbish disposed of. Heavy soiling by dogs will be charged extra and deducted from the deposit.

The next larger town is the Hanseatic city of Stralsund (UNESCO World Heritage Site), which you should not miss visiting in the evening (restaurants, bars, cafés, etc.)! If you are looking for hustle and bustle, you can quickly drive to the seaside resorts of Binz, Sellin and Göhren, or simply seek contemplation in the old white rose town of Putbus (royal seat). There is a good Italian restaurant in Losentitz, 5 minutes by car, and the restaurant at our harbour by the Bodden. All these destinations can be reached along beautiful avenues. The old university and Hanseatic town of Greifswald (restaurants, bars, cafés, etc.) is also worth a visit and can be easily reached and shortened by car ferry/bike (April - Sept.). Otherwise 40 minutes via Stralsund. For ornithologists there is the Mellnitz-Üselitzer Wiek nature reserve, which can be easily reached on foot or by bike.
