The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, filter coffee machine and fridge with freezer compartment. Entertainment is provided by an 80 cm flat-screen TV with satellite connection and a small music system with CD player.

The well-kept outdoor area of the flat with direct access from the living room and the adjoining bedroom invites you to spend idyllic hours in the open air.
