Welcome to your next home away from home at this Music Row Brand new house, located in the serene heart of Nashville. This spacious three-story retreat is designed with both large groups and families in mind, offering a perfect blend of communal areas and private spaces to suit everyone’s needs.

Come On In:
As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a welcoming living room, complete with a plush sofa and a 60-inch Smart HDTV—ideal for family movie nights or relaxing after exploring the city. The living area flows seamlessly into a dining space that comfortably seats eight, perfect for shared meals and stories from the day.

Culinary Delights:
Our sunlit kitchen is a dream for those who love to cook, equipped with top-notch appliances like a microwave/oven combo, a second oven with diverse cooking modes, a large stove, and even a Keurig for your morning coffee. It’s all set for you to whip up a feast or a quick snack.

Rest and Recharge:
The house boasts four expansive bedrooms, each a peaceful haven with its own private bathroom and luxurious showers. The master suite features a king-sized memory foam bed, dual sinks in the bathroom, and a private balcony for quiet moments. Bedroom One, with its queen-sized bed and private balcony, offers beautiful sunset views.

Bedrooms Two and Three offer additional privacy on the third floor, each furnished with memory foam beds and their own bathrooms. Room two features a king bed, while room three features two queen beds ideal for extra guests, kids, or those wishing to share a room, but not the same bed.

*There are 2 roll-away single beds upon request for extra guests, these can be placed in any of the bedrooms, or living room. Perfect for kids, but can also work for some adults.
