About this place

Professionally designed converted loft apt (formerly a silk glove and lingerie factory) with 8 ft windows and 12 ft ceilings. 1,100 sq feet.

This is converted warehouse loft space with an eclectic, mid-century modern-inspired vibe. Worked with a professional designer to design the space. I live here full-time but am looking to travel more this year and would like to rent the space while I'm gone.

The bedrooms are separated by a huge double closet, with a small gap that connects them on the side, so they are not fully private from each other. (You can see the gap in the guest bedroom photos, where there are bikes stored). There is an Alexa that I use as a white noise machine whenever I have guests visiting.

***Living/dining room***

12 foot ceilings, original hardwood floors, and tons of natural light that comes in through a wall of 8-foot windows.

***Bedrooms***

Queen size Purple mattress in main bedroom, fullsize Purple mattress in the guest bedroom. The bed in the guest room doubles as a day bed and has a 55" TV.

***Office area***

Herman Miller standing desk with dual 4K monitors and docking station (usd-c connection).

***Kitchen***

Gas stove, air fryer, Vitamix

Laundry in building. Parking is reasonably easy to find in the area (they don't ticket for street sweeping on our street).
