Neighborhood Notes
Our home is in Southside ILM — an urban, up-and-coming area where many guests enjoy daytime walks to Castle Street or the Riverwalk. As in any city neighborhood, standard awareness after dark is recommended. Outdoor cameras, motion lights, and smart entry provide added peace of mind.
Whether you’re here for a beach weekend, concert, food tour, or just a cozy getaway with your pup, this cottage is a comfortable, stylish home base for your Wilmington stay.

Guests are able to access the entirety of the home, with the exception being the garage, basement, and owners closet.

Best way to reach me is through the app! I’m usually able to respond within an hour of 8 am to 8 pm. I'm a single mom often juggling two wild boys, so the other hours of the day might require a bit longer for response!

Additional fees - in an effort to make this transaction transparent and not subject to third party fees, the following are collected separately through our secure property management system after booking - giving you more options and saving you money:
Pet fee $75 per stay (1 pet); $125 per stay (2 pets) - must be preapproved.
Hot tub maintenance & sanitization fee $70/stay
BYOLinens & make your own bed: $0
Sheets/pillowcases/beds made: $30/bed
Early check-in and/or late check-out: $15/hour - prior approval required
$500 (refundable) security deposit & separate rental agreement are required for every reservation.
