Guest access
You will need a car but all the amenities are just a few minutes away. If you need any special accommodations please do not hesitate to request them, as we will work with you to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The morning of check in a message will be sent with all self check in details

We welcome up to 8 guests. Review the bedroom layout so everyone knows where they’ll be most comfortable.

☀️ Keeping Cool:
A/C in the main living room keeps the home comfortable, plus a portable A/C in the upstairs queen bedroom and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living room.

🔥 Outdoor Fun:

Gas BBQ grill ready for cookouts (bring your favorite supplies).

Fire pit with wood usually stacked nearby, or grab some locally (Dollar Tree is 3 min away).

☕ Morning Essentials:
Coffee maker and electric kettle included for your caffeine fix or tea time.

👶 Family‑Friendly:
Pack‑and‑play and high chair available.

♨️ Hot Tub Guidelines:
Shower before use, no soaps or oils, and supervise children (under 16). Limit sessions to 15–20 minutes. No glassware near the tub and please replace the cover when finished. Hours are 9 AM–10 PM.

🚣‍♂️ Kayaks & Lake Access:
Kayaks with life vests are available at the house. Guests may transport them to nearby lakes (Toronto Reservoir ~10 min, Lake Superior ~15 min) and must return them after use. Sign our electronic consent form before use, wear a life jacket, and follow posted safety rules.

Toronto Reservoir: Free public launch, all boat types welcome.

Lake Superior: $5 per person beach entry; rentals also available on site (rates vary).
