Spring - Cool nights make the perfect backdrop for campfires, charcoal grilling and S'mores. Geocaching.

Summer - Even on weekends the lake is often quiet and if you come from some of the busier lakes you may be surprised.

Fall - Drive and see the leaves. Visit Currahee Vineyard in Toccoa. Toccoa Falls is breathtaking.

Winter - Under an hour scenic drive to hike Tallulah Gorge.
The home features nearly as much outdoor decks, screen porches and patio square footage as there is inside. The master bedroom, master bathroom, kitchen, guest bathroom and a large deck with plenty of seating are on the the main level as you enter. The views of the tree tops, the creek along the side of the house and lake give it the feel of a tree house. Down the stairs there is a lakefront bedroom that opens to a well furnished lake front screen porch just a few hundred feet away from the lake by cart path. The beach with fire pit is a great place to sit around the fire and make S'mores. The dock offers a wonderful view of the lake and room to lay out and enjoy a cold drink. It's perfect for fishing, swimming or just enjoying the sounds of the peaceful water and connecting with nature.
