Our charming Art Nouveau villa combines modern furnishings with family comfort in a historic building. The highlight is our lovingly maintained garden, which invites you to relax outdoors. Discover unique details in every room that make our accommodation distinctive or explore the nearby nature (Titisee, Feldberg) with the 2 e-bikes.The spaceWe have been renovating our house for two years now and are still in the renovation process. With a few exceptions, the entire accommodation is available to guests in the basement and attic. This includes four bedrooms (1 bed with 200 x 200 cm, 1 bed with 160 cm x 200 cm, 1 bed with 140 cm x 200 and 1 sofa bed with 140 cm x 200 cm.), which are spread over the upper and ground floor. The bathroom with shower, toilet and bathtub is also located on the upper floor. There are two additional toilets on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove with an electric oven and steam cooking function, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a food processor and a portafilter coffee machine. In the adjacent utility room, there is also a washing machine, dryer and many other appliances for use in the kitchen, such as a rice cooker, ice cream maker, raclette, fondue and much more. In the living room, there is a motorized 120" screen with a projector, AppleTV and Xbox.Two of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. In principle, however, these are not absolutely necessary for sleeping in the Black Forest, as the temperatures here usually drop sharply in the evening. The dining room also features an air purifier and a fireplace.There is space for a car in the garage, and additional parking spaces are available free of charge on the street in front of the house or in the neighborhood. We offer our electric charging station for use. There are also two e-bikes, a bicycle trailer and two bicycles for children. The garden extends around the house and has a terrace equipped with a gas and charcoal grill. Here you will find seats for eight people, an above-ground pool, a sandbox with toys, a large trampoline and many small projects that we are working on. :)Since Titisee-Neustadt is located in the center of the Black Forest, guests will find good connections and good access to excursions, hikes, etc. Larger cities such as Freiburg, Donaueschingen or Villingen-Schwenningen can be reached in about 30 - 40 minutes by car or train, depending on traffic conditions. Well-known excursion destinations such as the Feldberg, the Ravennaschlucht, the Todtnau waterfalls or the Wutachschluch can be reached by car within 15-20 minutes. The same, of course, applies to ski lifts or cross-country ski trails, which are available in large numbers in winter, depending on the snow conditions, and which allow for a variety of activities here in Neustadt, at the Titisee and in Hinterzarten, as well as at the Feldberg or at the Thurner.Our house is a 3-minute walk from downtown Titisee-Neustadt in a quiet residential area. Opposite is an elementary school, which provides occasional noise during breaks or instrumental lessons. The train station is a 6-minute walk - since the city has many slopes, the way back uphill takes two or three minutes more. The Titisee can be reached within 15 minutes by e-bike, and it takes only about 6 minutes by car.Guest accessUnfortunately, the house is not barrier-free and can only be reached from all directions via stairs. There is a front and rear entrance with an electronic door lock as well as access via the garage.
