A place to gather under one roof, Victoria’s Historic Inn is a landmark estate in the heart of the Annapolis Valley.
Built in 1893 and welcoming travelers since 1944, its grand doors now open for the first time as a private whole-home retreat — reserved exclusively for your group, with no innkeeper and no shared spaces.
Designed for meaningful group gatherings, the manor blends character and comfort just steps from Wolfville’s vibrant downtown and minutes from the region’s renowned wineries.
The space
During your stay, you are the innkeepers — with none of the work and all of the charm.
This expansive historic manor was built for gathering and connection. Host long meals, movie nights, planning sessions, celebrations, or quiet mornings together across multiple elegant living spaces, then retreat to private ensuite bedrooms throughout the home. Designed for meaningful gatherings rather than late-night parties.
While the estate is entirely yours, your stay is professionally supported behind the scenes by our Inn Management Team, in partnership with Casa Scotia Property Management, ensuring the experience feels seamless, cared for, and thoughtfully maintained from arrival to departure.
The estate comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests and offers ample room to be together — or apart — as needed.
Currently, the Victoria's Inn Manor offers:
- 7 bedrooms | 12 beds | sleeps up to 18
