High Tide Escape Vacation Rental - Long Beach

Escape to relaxation and outdoor adventure at our brand-new condo steps from the sandy shores of the Pacific Ocean. Whether your plans include walking on the beach, digging for clams, hiking the nearby parks, riding bicycles, or sightseeing in town, we aim to provide a perfect retreat at the end of the day. Our pet-friendly home will comfortably sleep up to six guests and includes all of the modern conveniences including free Wifi, large size washer and dryer, and a single-car garage.

With only a six-minute walk to the beach, this location gives you terrific access to the “Longest Beach in the World.” The house is stocked with items such as beach towels, beach toys for kids, beach chairs and umbrella, and a wagon to help to haul your toys to the beach right out the front door. The Discovery Trail is located nearby giving you access to 8.3 miles of paved and raised boardwalk views all along the beach.

Enter through the front door and step into the well-appointed kitchen on the right. The large island with three bar stools makes for a great serving area for your family. The appliances are all brand new including refrigerator with in-door water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, and electric stove. Added amenities include a Keurig coffee maker, waffle iron, griddle, blender, and slow cooker.

The dining room has seating for six at the large solid wood table ensuring your group can all eat together. There is a stylish half bath and full-size laundry room directly off the dining area.

Relax in the living room which feels expansive with the high ceilings. The large sectional and comfortable side chairs ensure all guests have a relaxing seat to sink into at the end of the day. Cozy up in front of the propane fireplace while enjoying a Netflix movie on the 65” SmartTV. Free Wifi is readily available throughout the home. The welcome book and numerous board games are located in the side table.

Open the oversized sliding glass door off the living room to enjoy the covered private deck area. Complete with propane barbecue and comfortable wicker furniture, you are sure to enjoy a quiet evening surrounded by the trees and listening to the ocean waves.

The owner’s suite is located on the ground floor, just off the living room. It is complete with a king size bed with a 12” memory foam mattress. The walk-in closet provides room for storage of your personal items. The cozy en suite bathroom is well lit and has a spacious walk-in shower.

Climb up the open staircase to the upstairs level. To the right you will find another bedroom complete with a plush king bed and 12” memory foam mattress. There is an additional full-size bathroom including tub and shower upstairs. The bedroom on the left is outfitted with a full-size bunk bed with 6” memory foam mattresses. The beds hold up to 250lbs each so this could be utilized by adults as well as children. A second 55” SmartTV is located in this room.

The single car garage will accommodate a vehicle up to 93” wide by 200” long. The private driveway can accommodate one large vehicle or two small vehicles. Parking is limited to these spaces so please plan accordingly.
