Entire house is for you to enjoy. There are two closets not accessible to the guests. One is for the property manger (located next to the kitchen) other is the owner's closet (located in the hallway going towards the bedrooms)

Please contact the owners or the property manager through Airbnb messaging system if needed.

Please follow the instrustions given below for garbage disposal.

Only place bagged trash in the bin located by the front door and do not forget to latch the bin after plaing trash bags. Never put loose garbage in the bin or leave any trash outside as racoons will destroy and make a mess on the hallway.

Failiure to do so will end up in $50.00 fine for every incident by the home association which will be transferred to the guests eventually.
