The space
Large 3 bedroom, 3 full bath, 3000 SF gated single family house with amazing mountain views located at the end of a private road on a 2+ acre lot in the hills in beautiful Fallbrook! We have comfortably hosted groups of up to 40 people. Very private. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have king beds. House was completely updated by the current owners in 2014. Recent updates include new sleeper sofas in 2021, new BBQ grill in 2022, Tesla Powerwall in 2023, new kitchen and patio table seats in 2024.

The single story Spanish style home features a large kitchen, adjacent casual dining area with a large picture window capturing the amazing mountain views; a large family room with exposed beam cathedral ceiling and a beautiful stone fireplace; a large living room with a beautiful stone fireplace and a baby grand piano; and a laundry room with state of the art washer and dryer. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, a large picture window also capturing the amazing mountain views, and a large private luxury master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a frameless shower all surrounded by beautiful travertine tiles. The second bedroom also has a king bed, and shares a luxury full bathroom with the third bedroom, which has 2 full-size beds. There are also 3 queen sleeper sofas and one Murphy bed with a queen sofa in the family room and the living room. There is also a separate 3rd luxury full bathroom with a claw-foot tub and a frameless shower, located next to the family room. The kitchen features new maple cabinets, granite counter tops, copper sink and new high end stainless steel GE Profile appliances including a 36 inch induction stove and a wine cooler.

There is a 70 inch TV in the family room with Direct TV streaming service and full TV offerings. The master bedroom has a 48 inch 3D TV with direct TV streaming service and full TV offerings. The luxury master bathroom has a 40 inch smart TV with Netflix. The other two guest bedrooms have 50 inch and 40 inch TVs respectively with Netflix and a BlueRay player.

The house has an amazing view of the rolling mountains and hills of Fallbrook and its vicinity in the backyard. The covered patio in the back can be accessed through the living room, the family room and the kitchen. The covered patio has two lounge chairs, a conversation set with 5 chairs and a loveseat, and a dining table with 8 chairs. A propane grill is also available. As the house is completely surrounded by next door neighbors with similarly large lots (1+ acres), the back yard and side yards are very private.

The price quoted reflects just the lodging charge. Events are allowed on a case-by-case basis. In the event that an event is allowed, there will be a separate charge for the event.

Guest access
The house is securely located behind an iron gate and is on an electronic lock. There is room in the driveway to park up to 8 vehicles.

Other things to note
The price quote covers up to 8 guests. There is an additional charge of $25 per person per night for each guest above 8. Pets are allowed with a $25 per pet per night fee. The maximum number of people that should be at the property throughout your stay are the ones you have listed at the time the reservation are made. If extra people are joining you, you will need to contact us to let us know. There are no loud noises allowed outside after 10 PM.
