Welcome to HHI Tide 21 - your Hilton Head home away from home! Whether you're vacationing with several children, traveling with another couple, or bringing the grandparents along, HHI TIDE 21 is designed to make your beach getaway easy, comfortable, and memorable!
Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort sleeps up to 8 guests in an open floor plan and is just a 4-minute walk from the beach.
Our layout works especially well for families with three or four children, two couples traveling together, and multigenerational vacations. We have a King bed in the primary bedroom, a Queen bed plus twin bunk beds in the second bedroom, plus a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. We also have a Pack ‘n Play for little ones. We have 2 full bathrooms: 1 walk-in shower & 1 tub/shower combo.
Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort (an oceanfront resort) offers something for everyone: A huge oceanfront swimming pool with kiddie pool, a second quieter swimming pool, 3 boardwalks to the beautiful beach just an easy 4 minute walk away, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground for the kids, a fitness center, and convenient on-site restaurants.
Skip the hassle of bringing bulky beach equipment! We provide complimentary beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach cart, sand toys, beach games, boogie boards, and pool/ocean inflatables to make your beach days easier. Just bring your beach towels and sunscreen!
We've stocked the villa with extras that families appreciate, especially when it's time to unwind after a day in the sun: board games for family game nights, children's books and books for adults, DVD movies, Three TVs, each equipped with Roku streaming, night lights, step stools and plastic dishes for the kids, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable living and dining spaces for spending time together.
You'll receive access to our personalized digital guidebook with helpful condo information, resort details, and recommendations for enjoying Hilton Head Island. We're also available through personal messaging before and during your stay to answer questions and help you make the most of your vacation.

Our villa is ideal for families with children who will love the bunk beds in the guest bedroom, the basket of children's books, board games, family DVD movies, and all of the beach and pool toys provided! We also have a pack-n-play (but guests must bring the sheets).

Parking Included

Unassigned parking is available right outside our building. One parking/resort pass is included in your reservation total. If you have more than one vehicle, we will collect a $35 per vehicle fee for the parking pass prior to check-in. (You cannot purchase them at the resort.) Please let us know if you will have more than one vehicle during your stay.

After coming back to Hilton Head year after year for our family vacations with our three children, we decided to buy our own vacation home in January 2020. We manage our own property because we want to provide a personal relationship with our Guests and create an experience that they will want to return to year after year! We are available by phone, text, and email for all Guest questions, concerns, and issues. We live in Columbia, SC, but we have wonderful local on-island contacts, including an outstanding cleaning service and handyman that are available when needed.

Getting around

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is conveniently located on the North end of Hilton Head Island with many great restaurants and shopping within 3 miles.

Bike and walking paths are found all around the island. A bike rental kiosk is located at the resort entrance, so park your car and explore all that Hilton Head Island has to offer.

The Breeze Trolley (seasonal) has a stop in front of our resort and takes guests to various stops located throughout the island, including Shelter Cove and Coligny Circle.
