Good Day Sunshine is located in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort and has space for up to 6 guests: a comfortable queen bed in each room, a new sofa bed in the living room, and a futon in the Florida room. The property is located about 2-3 minutes from some of the best activities PCB has to offer - Ripley's Believe It or Not, Shipwreck Island, Rock-It Lanes and much more.

- Golf Cart Rental Info -

4 seater golf carts are permitted in GHBR. If you are interested in renting one, please let me know and I'll reach out to GHBR owners who rent theirs! They can also be rented through Panama City Golf Carts.

Street legal rental golf carts, 6 seat rental carts and scooters are not permitted within GHBR, per HOA rules. Only licensed drivers are allowed to operate golf carts.

Golf carts are not allowed to be parked on grass, sidewalks or back patios. You may use one of the designated parking spaces in front of the property.

- Pet Info -

We are happy to welcome up to two pups!

Gulf Highlands has a few rules for pets outlined below:

Dogs must be leashed when outside the unit. No pets shall be allowed to be enclosed, caged, or tethered to any object outside any building without the person being responsible being physically present. Pets are not allowed in common area buildings, fenced areas of swimming pools or within 20 feet of any picnic table on common areas, or recreational facilities.

Local pet ordinances do not allow pets on the public beach, however there is a dog beach/park located at Pier Park.

Pet waste must be collected immediately in an appropriate disposal bag and deposited into a green pet waste receptacle for proper disposal. Please do not dispose of pet waste in the silver garbage collection bin.

Please note that the person responsible for the pet shall be liable for all damage or injuries caused by the pet.

- House Rules -

-Must be 25 years or older to book with government ID

-Quiet time is 11pm-7am

-Pool hours are 8am-11pm, please use at your own risk

-Assigned parking just out the front door for 2 cars, should you need additional assistance, please inquire

-Trailers are not permitted in GHBR

-Ring Security Doorbell located at outside entrance that records for security precautions
