Ground Floor: Enter through the compact garage into a cozy space with a pull-out couch, in-unit washer/dryer, and access to the charming patio.

Second Floor: Enjoy the open-concept living area, featuring a full kitchen, dining room, and comfortable living room, plus a convenient half bath.

Third Floor: The primary suite boasts a plush king bed, ensuite bathroom, and a small desk perfect for remote work. The second bedroom includes a twin trundle bed and its own attached full bathroom.

Guests will have access to the entire home, patio, and one parking spot.

Check-in will be contactless but the host is always available for questions/recommendations within the app.

Link Light Rail

The closets light rail location to the home is the Capitol Hill Station. It’s located about .7 miles away, or a 4 minute drive. The light rail offers easy access to downtown’s Pike Place Market, boardwalks, Ferris wheel and more. You can also take the light rail directly to the stadium at UW or downtown.

Whenever I have enough time, I always take the light rail to the airport because it costs $3 vs $75 Uber or Lyft. Keep in mind, it will take you about 5 minutes to the station from the home in a car and another 40 mins to get from the station to the airport. It will help you avoid heavy traffic if that may be an issue too.

The fastest and most reliable mode of transportation in our opinion. Simply download the App and go. Uber/Lyft Driver’s are always minutes away.

Turo & Car2Go

You can rent a car with car sharing apps by downloading Turo or the Car2Go app.

Parking

The home comes with one SMALL parking spot. If you have more than one car or a large vehicle, street parking is available.

The home comes with one designated parking spot within the compact garage. The garage is 195"(l) x 94"(w). For size reference, it fits a Subaru forester but is VERY snug and our Ford Fusion does not fit length wise in the garage.

Please be aware of the parking size limitations!

The garage will not fit a 4runner or anything that size/larger. Please look up your car measurements or plan on not using the garage prior to arrival. Your car must fully fit inside the garage with the door closed for you to use it. If you have a large car or truck, parking is not provided and you will have to find free street parking which can be difficult in this busy area.
