We’re dog lovers and welcome your pup to join! The backyard is shared with the upstairs guests, so please don’t leave your dog unattended in the yard. There is a $75 cleaning fee per dog to ensure a fresh space for all guests. We can’t wait to host you and your furry friends!

There is a private driveway which leads to a separate entrance.

No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.

Check-in will be contactless but the host is always available for questions/recommendations within the app.

Located on a quiet, dead-end street near the waterfront, our home provides a peaceful retreat with convenient access to Seattle and its surrounding gems. Just 10 minutes from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and a quick 15-20 minute drive to downtown, you’re also close to the vibrant neighborhoods of Burien and White Center.

White Center, known for its quirky charm, is a food lover’s paradise with its diverse culinary scene, including popular food trucks, cozy cafes, and craft breweries like Future Primitive Brewing. You’ll find a thriving indie arts scene here, with colorful street art, thrift shops, and unique local businesses that showcase the area’s creative spirit.

A few minutes away, Burien offers a relaxed, community-centered vibe. Stroll through its charming downtown filled with independent shops, international restaurants, and the beloved Burien Farmers Market. Parking

The home has an additional driveway for guests. The driveway could easily fit two cars and is reserved for guests.

This unit is located on the bottom floor of the home. The upper unit is also a rental, so be aware you will likely hear/see them during your stay. Please be conscious of noise levels.

The unit is completely separate except that the back yard area and the hot tub are shared with the upstairs unit.

Absolutely No Parties unless specifically requested and approved. If any glitter or confetti is found or if you bring more than 4 guests, you will be charged an additionally cleaning fee and a negative review for not following our house guidelines.
