The house has been renovated and is clean; it is in a quiet cul-de-sac with no noise from cars, motorbikes, lorries, pedestrians or groups of young people.
Lacanau freshwater lake is 5 km away: 7 min by car or 20 min by bike along the cycle path.

You will enjoy two quiet, enclosed gardens facing east and south-west. The allée de la Baïne is a private cul-de-sac, so there's no traffic or other nuisance at night.

You'll be able to hear the ocean waves from the garden.

The east-west aspect means you can enjoy the sun all day on the 2 terraces.
The house is very bright.

There's a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen. The living room has a dining table for 8 people.
Two bathrooms: one with a shower and the other with a bath; two WCs.
The 3 bedrooms are separated from the living area and open onto the garden.

An inventory of fixtures will be carried out before and after the handover of the keys.
The deposit cheque will be returned within 7 days if there is no damage.

Please do not smoke in the house, there are smoke detectors.
