Harmoniously inserted in a complex of terraced houses, each one independent and characterised by external finishes that reflect the typicality of the place, our house is the ideal refuge for those seeking a relaxing holiday.
The interior of the house is arranged on two levels and carefully designed to ensure maximum comfort for up to 3 guests. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas cooker, dishwasher, and an American-style refrigerator; there is also a cosy living/dining room with a table, sofa, pellet stove, and satellite TV, next to an ante-bathroom with washing machine and a service bathroom. Going up to the first floor, there are two bedrooms: a spacious double with built-in wardrobe, satellite TV and, on request, a cot for a baby, and a single with private terrace, also with satellite TV, as well as a full bathroom with shower.
Outside, the ground floor opens onto a large covered veranda overlooking the garden, equipped with table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is also a rear patio with barbecue and outdoor shower, ideal for relaxing under the sun. An uncovered car park, reserved and free of charge, completes the offer for a carefree stay.
The house enjoys an enviable location, peaceful and quiet thanks to its access from an alley with low local traffic. The nearby beaches of Sant'Anna, Porto Ainu and Riviera di Budoni are only 2 km away and within easy reach, offering the possibility to explore the beautiful coastline and its surroundings, rich in opportunities for walks, horse riding, and much more.
