There is also a campfire with wood. There are parking spaces on site, which is fenced and therefore also suitable for children and dogs. A travel bed for a child is available on request. The house is suitable for six people and has two bedrooms on the first floor, accessed up outdoor stairs. One bedroom has a double bed and a fold-out double sofa bed, the second has a bunk bed. The lower floor has a living and dining room with a TV and a double sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, coffee machine and dining corner. The shower with a washbasin and WC is in an adjoining room.

The Orlik dam is about 700 metres away and there is a restaurant nearby, and a supermarket about 3km away. Trip destinations and leisure facilities include e.g. a fish farm, a trip on a boat, biking, golf (Kestřany, Hluboká, Bechyně, Čertovo Břemeno), Orlik castle, Zvikov, the oldest bridge in Central Europe in Pisek, the Hussite town of Tabor, or the spa town of Bechyně, Hluboka etc.
