The expansive parking pad leads to a ground-level family/game-room with large television, table with 4 chairs, refrigerator and kitchenette . King suite with private bath, a second bedroom with a Queen bed, a third bedroom with a Queen size bed, shared full bath that includes a washer and dryer and access from these two rooms to the screened in pool.

On the second level, an airy living/dining/sunroom area with beautiful Apalachicola bay views. The spacious kitchen has a large gas cooktop with pot filler, double ovens, seating for 6 at the center island. Watch the children splash in the screened in pool (heated for a fee), while preparing your catch of the day. Enjoy the bonus sunroom while watching the pelicans play having your morning cup of coffee.

The top level features a spacious king master bedroom and lovely en-suite bath with private access to the screened in porch. The second bedroom features two twin beds overlooking the pool. Third bedroom has a King bed with shared full bath featuring a double vanity.

This home features plenty of parking so bring your boat and enjoy mooring it at the private dock on the beautiful deep-water canal (boatlift not available to guest).
