The unit as been updated new marble tile in the bathroom with a waterfall shower head, fireplace in the bedroom, and hardwood floors thru out. 1 flight of stairs is required to access the apartment.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Property is the last house on the left at the dead end of Hoover Ave. You can park in the middle of the driveway. This unit has a keyless entry, our system will generate a code at check in time (Usually 4pm). This code will act as your key during your stay.

Minimum age limit for renters: 21

Maximum occupancy: 3

House Rules

Please do not flush paper towels, toilet paper, feminine hygiene products or trash in the toilet. No smoking is allowed. Please do so outside but be mindful of your surroundings and our neighbors. Please no shoes on the carpet. Please note that there is a pet fee if you bring your pets. You must disclose if you will have a pet at the property. If you bring dogs and cats make sure to bring their beds do not allow pets on the furniture. Please be sure to wipe the washer after you're done and to clean the lint tray from the dryer once you're done. Thank you. No pets allowed on furniture, if excessive amount of fur is found on the sofas and bed you will be charged for a dry cleaning fee. -Early check-in fee: $30 -Late check-out fee: $30 -Failure to disclose a pet: $75 fine -Events/Parties: $150 fine and removal from property -Smoking: $100 fine and removal from property -Missing towels/linens: fined per item -Missing silverware/cookware: fined per itemNo smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
