Walk to the beach in under a minute, then come back to our own private secluded pool! Sea Breeze is a charming 4 bedroom, 2-1/2 bathroom pet friendly beach cottage just across the street from the beach with beautiful Gulf views that sleeps 10. New AC units with dehumidifier and whole house air purification system with high efficiency filters, UVC and ozone free Halo LED lights were installed to remove 99.9% allergens, mold, bacteria and viral pathogens in November 2020. Breathe the cleanest indoor air on the island! Filtered water is also available from the fridge and the cold water in the kitchen.

The covered porch with Adirondack chairs and gulf views is the perfect way to start each day. The refreshing interior decor encourages guests to unwind and treasure their time on the Island. The first living level offers the open living and dining areas inviting conversation and fun. The newly updated kitchen keeps the rest of the family just earshot away. The large butler's pantry/coffee bar/office/ laundry room just off the kitchen has a desk, clothes washer/dryer and plenty of space for storage.

One king bedroom with Sleep Number Bed, porch access and Gulf views is on the first living level. A queen bedroom with pool and gulf views has a premium Badcock mattress. These two bedrooms share a large full bath on the first living level. All bedrooms have either a Fire or Roku TV.

The second level has a large king bedroom with new Nectar mattress, private deck and a large bathroom with double vanities. The bunk bed area that is just perfect for the kids and is located just outside the main bedroom.

The best sunrises and sunsets are to be enjoyed from the third floor "Aloha Room"! The Aloha room at the very top has 360 panoramic views with access to the walk around deck, a twin trundle bed, microwave, small fridge, bar sink, sitting area, auxiliary window AC unite and small Fire TV.

The sparkling pool has an extra large deck, dining table/chairs/umbrella and chaise loungers with plenty of space for everyone. There is a large poolside half bath/changing room with an extra full size fridge/freezer and an enclosed outdoor shower. A storage room under the stairs is filled with pool toys, body boards and 10 beach chairs. There is a fish cleaning sink, picnic table and tiki bar for entertaining in the carport. Park-style charcoal grill and propane grill are available.

Large 60" Smart TV in the comfortable living and dining area - perfect for relaxing after a beach day. There are DVD players and flat screen TVs in bedrooms; all set up for roku or fire stick streaming. Free unlimited fast 5G Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. Small appliances include microwave, 4 slot toaster, 12-cup coffee pot, KUREIG coffee pot, blender, hand mixer, slow cookers, oyster pot, coffee grinder, popcorn popper.

High chair, booster seat and pack-n-play available. Games, puzzles and books available.

Pool/beach toys, beach umbrella, beach chairs. Beach towels provided.

Linens and bath towels included. First rolls of toilet paper and paper towels provided. Bar soap, liquid hand soap, laundry soap, dish soap, garbage bags provided.

I just want to take a brief second and remind renters that are looking to book in the summer and fall months, that they NEED to make sure they have trip insurance for hurricane coverage since hurricane season begins June 1 - November 30.
