The space
Our newly remodeled 3BR/2BA all ages, pet friendly canal home offers something for everyone and has the space for the whole family to spread out! This unique property features a large heated inground pool overlooking the canal that has direct gulf access.

The home is fully stocked with kitchen essentials, indoor and outdoor games, pool and beach essentials, and fishing essentials such as:

2 different sized coolers (larger and medium sized)

Fishing poles, tackle box and bait buckets
Card games & kids games

The fun coastal vibe extends on into each bedroom, each of which has hotel quality bedding, USB bedside lamps, Roku smart TVs, and ceiling fans. The pool deck is the perfect spot to lounge, and munch on some snacks while still enjoying the pool & canal views and the sun!

We are delighted to allow your fur babies to accompany you during your stay (up to 2 dogs allowed, no cats due to family members with allergies). Please include them in your booking, as there is a flat $100 pet fee required.

We are kid & family friendly and include items such as a pack n play with additional mattress and sheets, high-chair, baby monitor system, magnetic building blocks, sippy cups, toddler utensils/plates. If you require any additional baby proofing, please let us know upon booking!

Guest access
The entire home is available during your stay, with the exception of one hall closet that is locked for owner use.

Other things to note
Optional Pool Heat: Pool heating is available October to February for an additional $35 per night for each night of booking and will be collected separately from reservation via Airbnb app. Please request it at least 24–48 hours before check-in to ensure pool has reached desired temperature prior to arrival. The heater will be set to approximately 85–86°F. Actual water temperature depends on outdoor weather, wind, and nighttime temperatures, and cannot be guaranteed.

Fireplace is not to be used, as it is not covered by our insurance for guest use.

Boat lifts are not operational and may not be used.

If you plan to bring any Kayaks, SUPs, boat or jet-skis, please inform us prior to booking. The canal has gulf access, however with stationary docks and tide swings, it may be difficult to unload and load onto any watercraft at lower tides. Enter canal at your own risk.

You are welcome to bring a boat to launch at a public launch, I would not plan to moore the boat at our seawall, but there is a step off of one of the stationary docks that make it possible to stop and visit the house via water as needed.
