Great location in NYC near everything you need - Queens County

READ BEFORE BOOKING

1. This is a private room with a shared bathroom, there is no kitchen nor anything in it (no fridge, no microwave, etc) guests will only have access to the bedroom and the shared bathroom, there are no common areas.

2. Room doesn't have A/C but a fan is provided, and windows are also operable to open them and have some breeze getting in the room.

3. Quiet hours go from 10pm to 6am I expect guests to be respectful of others sleep and keep it quiet during those hours.

4. If guests shower at night, they must do it before 10pm otherwise wait to the morning to shower.

5. Bedroom has no lock, But my apt has security cameras and I never had issues with anything missing from my guests, but if guests are concern for the safety of their belongings, they can always buy a small lock and lock their bags.

6. Check in is after 6pm and I don't do early check ins nor luggage drop offs. Check out is before 11am and guests can't leave luggage at home after check out.

7. If guests lose the entrance key or don't return it after check out, guests will be charged not for a copy but for a new door lock (it is expensive so simply don’t lose the key nor forget to leave it when you check out)

8. Check ins after 10pm are accepted but there's an extra fee of $20 to be paid in cash at the time of checking in for the late check in.

9. For guests staying for more than one night, there are no time restrictions to come in or out of the apt but since my quiet hours go from 10pm to 6am I expect guests to be quiet if and when they come back home during the quiet hours (no showers after 10pm)

10. One night reservations are accepted but keys are not provided for one night reservations once guest checks in (the closer to 10pm the better but no earlier than 6pm) guest stays in their room and sleep or do their thing and check out once they exit the apt at whichever time they do it as long as it is before 11am the next day, there is no coming back in the apt once you exited, so if you go outside, make sure you already have all your belongings with you, otherwise you must wait for the host to return home to get them back (if host is not at home).

11. Visits are not allowed at home, if guests have family or friends in NY and they walk them home or pick them up from home, they have to stay outside, guests can't bring anyone in the apt, not even to use the bathroom or to help them taking their luggage out. They stay outside. If your reservation is for one person, only that one person will be allowed in the apt (no one else)

12. Only one towel per guest for the duration of the stay will be provided, whether guests are staying for one night or for 1 month

13. Shampoo, body wash and toilet paper is obviously provided but they are all pretty basic so guests are more than welcome to bring their own.

The bedroom is very simple it only has a bed, a desk and a chair and a fan for the summer, if you are in a budget and need a place just to sleep and shower the next day, my place is perfect for you. If you need specifics, like common areas, kitchen to cook, specify check in or out times that are different than the hours I provide for checking in, or you tend to be loud at night after quiet hours, then my place is not for you.
