Housekeeping services available for an additional cost. We provide 2 bath towels and 1 beach towel per guest, per stay. To help save our planet, we ask that you re-use your towels during your stay. Should you wish to wash the towels during your stay, you can use the laundry facilities. Turnover cleaning which includes fresh linens and towels offered every 4 nights on customer request (24 prior notice required). Gardening and pool cleaning services offered 3 times per week (no housekeeping or pool services will be offered on Sundays or National Holidays), BBQ included, smart tvs in every room, safe deposit box in bedrooms. The house offers 6 to 9 car carport. Cameras along the perimeter of the property but NOT of the Pool area. Please note that you will be renting the entire villa only if your group is over 26 guests but if your group is between 23 and 26 guests, 1 bedroom will be locked; if your group is between 19 and 22 guests, 2 bedrooms will be locked; if your group is up to 18 guests, 3 bedrooms will be locked. For those smaller groups that would like additional bedrooms opened, the cost is $100 per bedroom, per night. All unannounced guests will be charged a fee of $50 per person per night, not to exceed a max occupancy of total guests between adults and children (cost for over 16 guests will be handled separately). The base price covers up to 12 guests with 5 bedrooms and up to 12 beds. Major holidays such as Super Bowl, The Holy Week, Christmas, New Years will cover all bedrooms and a larger amount of guest (please ask for details). NO DAY GUESTS ALLOWED OUTSIDE OF THE NUMBER OF GUESTS IN RESERVATION. If you would like to have guests during your stay, just book for the max number of guests that will be at the property at any given time. Music shall never exceed 60 decibels, no loud music past 10pm, fines of $100USD will be assessed by the complex for every occurrence. As per the complex regulations we don’t allow any drones, fines could be assessed by the complex with up to $20,000RD. All cars must park in the property parking spot and any additional cars can park in the complex public parking space. Street parking will get a fine by the complex of $100USD per occurrence. As a courtesy, we provide a roll of toilet paper per bathroom as well as a 5 gallon jug of water per stay.
