Prominence 30A beach house rental located in Watersound, FL is 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom vacation home with an additional bunk room complete with all the conveniences of home. Extremely spacious first floor with gourmet kitchen well stocked for dinners at home. The island seats 6. A separate dining room is next to the kitchen with a dining table that seats 8. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Plenty of seating for gathering in the great room. You may choose al fresco dining on the peaceful patio with a grill, dining table that seats 6 and lounge area that seats 5.

Families will certainly enjoy the close proximity to the amazing Prominence community amenities. The 5,000 sq. ft. pool is surrounded by a large pool deck and nice shady areas in which to enjoy relaxing.
