The beach, dining and boutiques are an easy walk or a short drive on the 6 seater golf cart (included with a small fee). However, you might not want to leave once you discover the covered rooftop deck, private garden patio, comfortable main floor living space, and king beds in every bedroom!

The space
Newly constructed, this property features an open floor plan, and beautiful contemporary coastal decor and furnishings. Identical master bedroom floor plans up and down both feature private ensuites. All three bedrooms feature a king bed and dedicated bathroom so no one gets short changed on accommodations! A memory foam sleeper sofa provides an extra space for kids or last minute guests. High speed wifi, premium cable and smart TVs with streaming access provide plenty of entertainment.

The rooftop deck is a great place to enjoy a lazy day and the outdoor kitchen with sink, outdoor fridge and grill make it a one-of-a-kind place for happy hour or an unforgettable sunset meal. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen offers another option for food prep and another grill right off the back porch helps you take the fun outdoors. The backyard is a great space to enjoy dinner and drinks at the large table surrounded by a garden and 8ft privacy fence with ambient string lighting. Or skip the dishes and head to one of the many dining options nearby!

Guest access
Walk, bike, cart or drive to everything that 30A has to offer. The large driveway can easily fit three vehicles side by side so everyone has easy in and out access. Ask us about recommendations for valet bike rentals delivered right to your door. We also have a golf cart we provide (upon execution of a liability waiver) available with a small fee ($30 minimum to cover damages).
