size of property: 1000m². year of construction: 1940.This spacious, detached holiday home is located in beautiful Dalsland, at the foot of Kroppefjäll in a large forest and lake area. If you want to pick berries and mushrooms, you've come to the right place.
Would you like to escape from excessive consumption during your holiday and have more time for your family/friends? Then this house is just right for you. You'll find everything you need here, but no superfluous luxuries that often overshadow the essentials. You have 150 m² of living space on each of the two floors. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 m x 1.90 m) and a single bed (0.90 m x 1.90 m), as well as a bedroom with a bunk bed (0.90 m x 1.90 m). There is also a sleeping alcove with a single bed (0.90 m x 1.90 m) on this floor. There is also a 100 m² living room with a TV area, bar area, table tennis table and football table. Plenty of space for playing games or cosy get-togethers. A bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet is also available on the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a fourth bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 1.90 m) and a baby cot. Two further bedrooms with a double bed (1.80 m x 1.90 m) and a room with bunk beds (each 0.90 m x 1.90 m) and a single bed (0.90 m x 1.90 m) are also located on the lower floor of the house. There is also an electronic organ in the entrance hall. A large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a cast-iron wood-burning stove for cosy warmth. From the kitchen you enter a cosy dining room that can easily seat 16 people. There is also a living room and a large hallway. There is also a bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine on the ground floor. Adjacent to this is a spacious sauna. Due to its size, the house offers plenty of space to run around and play and is therefore ideal for several families, a large family or for supervised groups. The large living room and dining room mean that joint activities can also take place here. The Wi-Fi connection is free, as the owners live on the neighbouring property and the connection is via their router. A new pellet heating system with radiators has been installed.
There is a large balcony on the upper floor with a view of the garden. The property is not fenced, but pets are welcome. If you wish to bring more than one pet, please discuss this with the owner in advance. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available in the garden. Up to five parking spaces are available on the property.
A rowing boat, canoe and kayak are available free of charge. There is a giant trampoline, a swing frame and a sandpit on the property. Rabbits, guinea pigs, dogs, cats and chickens can be found on the owner's property. A family connection is possible if desired.
From your accommodation you can explore the lakes and forests of Dalsland or enjoy the wild coast of Bohuslän with its archipelago. There is a beautiful swimming and fishing lake nearby (approx. 2 km). There are also various boats such as canoes, kayaks and rowing boats. If you wish, you can also hire a boat motor by arrangement with the landlord. There are many hiking trails where you won't meet anyone for hours, you can pick mushrooms and berries or simply enjoy the peace and quiet and relax. Norway and Oslo are also not far away. The nearest shops are about 1.7 km away, in the next village. The nearest railway station is 40 km away and the airport 90 km.
