Fully equipped kitchen/diner, which among other things has an oven and dishwasher, and on this floor there is also a bathroom and washing machine. All the rooms are air-conditioned with air-conditioning and heat pumps, there are ceiling fans in all the rooms of the house and conventional radiators. There is WiFi throughout the house. It has very good communications through the C-32 and the AP-7 which allows you to easily visit Barcelona, Tarragona, Sitges and the famous theme park: Port Aventura.
