The house has a large porch, barbecue with summer kitchen and about 400 m2 of corner garden with good views. In the outside area we also have for your enjoyment a summer kitchen with barbecue to enjoy unforgettable nights of leisure and relaxation with the family. There is a beautifully landscaped garden with a modern, newly built 7 x 5,5 m swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi. The garden and the pool area are harmoniously furnished in furnished areas for full enjoyment. For families with children there is the possibility to install a portable fence around the pool during their stay. This increases the security at home. The fence must be ordered in advance.

The house is furnished and equipped in a fresh and pleasant style and offers all the comforts for a pleasant holiday. The house has about 183 m2 constructed area arranged in two spacious and luminous floors, in the upper part we have four bedrooms, two of them singles and two doubles, one of them with bathroom suite, a spacious terrace with good views and furnished and another complete bathroom. On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace, lounge furniture, TV, dining set for 8 people and access to the porch. Fully equipped kitchen/diner, which among other things has an oven and dishwasher, and on this floor there is also a bathroom and washing machine. All the rooms are air-conditioned with air-conditioning and heat pumps, there are ceiling fans in all the rooms of the house and conventional radiators. There is WiFi throughout the house. In total there are eight sleeping places.

It has very good communications through the C-32 and the AP-7 which allows you to easily visit Barcelona, Tarragona, Sitges and the famous theme park: Port Aventura. There are golf courses nearby and a water park for the delight of the youngest members of the family (Aqua Leon Safari).
