On the ground floor there is a large table where you can have lunch or dinner for about 15 people. Further on there is a billiard room, table football, 2 sofas and a Hi-Fi. Here you can put in your pen drive or CD or listen to the radio both inside and outside via a switch and hear the music by the pool. To the side of this room is the living area where there are 4 sofas seating 3 each and a beautiful flat screen TV with satellite, DVD supported by a shelf with books and a magnificent window to admire the surrounding park, the whole building is air conditioned. Also on the ground floor there is a very large kitchen measuring about 50 square metres with a work cube measuring 2x2 metres where there is a hob with 5 burners, an oven, a washbasin and various drawers with various utensils (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, etc., all for 20 people), a tall fridge freezer and two large fridges. The kitchen area is completed by a dishwasher and washing machine as well as various worktops. We go up to the first floor of about 160 square metres accessed via a beautiful wooden staircase where all the rooms are reached via a parquet corridor. The rooms are all equipped with air conditioning, toilet, bidet, shower, sink, room No. 1 is the most 'beautiful furnished in a very fine way with Persian carpet and sofa bed and enjoys a large terrace overlooking the sea furnished with a white polirattan lounge (shared with 2 other rooms) with a magnificent view of the park, then there are 2 single rooms and 5 other elegantly furnished double rooms, all overlooking the park or swimming pool.

Leaving the room where there is the large table, there is a patio of about 50 square metres furnished with polirattan lounges and a table for 20 people where you can dine in the evening enjoying the coolness of the park. As soon as you pass through the entrance gate you have the feeling that you have arrived in a wonderful place, at guests' disposal there is a 10,000 square metre lawn, decorated and embellished with palm trees and centuries-old carob trees as well as many other species of Mediterranean plants. The park is criss-crossed with lanes of local white stone so that it already looks like a painting. Then we find a gazebo with a very large wooden table for sitting at the barbecue and in the immediate vicinity bordering on another area where there is a nice table tennis table, and further on, to the delight of the little ones, there is a small recreation area. Continuing the walk, we come to the centrepiece of the park, a large inregular swimming pool and all around sun loungers with sunshades and 2 round wrought-iron tables with chairs so that you can spend days in absolute relaxation. About 15 metres away is a semi-covered terrace with sails and furnished with polirattan loungers, all adjacent to the kitchen.

The entire structure enjoys absolute discretion from neighbours. There is a fence where no one is allowed to look around the perimeter.

The fine sandy beach is about 300 m away and is served by an outdoor bar/restaurant with a sun lounger or canopy service that can be booked on the spot as well as surfing or sailing. In the evening, it is a pleasure to dine in the surrounding area, almost next to the sea; there are pubs, pizzerias, restaurants, ice-cream parlours and pastry shops where you can taste the legendary Modica chocolate, or take a stroll and admire all the beauty of Sicilian Baroque (Noto, Ortigia, Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Marzamemi, etc.) and savour all the delights of Sicilian cuisine.
