Ironing board w iron in basement laundry room, Tons of towels, extra sheets and blankets are provided as well as a well stocked kitchen,even shampoo and toothbrushes , or anything you ladies might need for personal care, but I have septic, so no strings allowed !!!!!!Lots of Lighting in the backyard and lights on the front of the house so if you drive up during the dark the front porch will be lit up for your convenience. If you get in after dark I can have the house lights on for your arrival. It is a minute walk to town, property is located off a main road which may result in some noise at peak travel hours.Guest accessAccess to all parts of the home including laundry area and gameroom in basement, front porch, deck and backyard behind the deck, large parking area in front of home. If more than 3 cars are involved with reservation, I have to direct you how to park ( tandem on lawn )..and need to know in advance, but totally workable !Other things to noteCheck in is a breeze with no key needed, works by electronic code. Check out/ in can be flexible if prearranged. The property has a 42 "smart TV with cox cable, including local channels, prime video TV and hulu for free. PARKING is never allowed in front of garage. You have many spaces in front of your front door{ at least 6}Washer and dryer, new appliances, fully stocked kitchen with tons of storage . Complimentary coffee and teas are provided to start your day off. 10 minutes from Bradley Airport. Infants will be an additional 25.00 per night due to wear and tear. They are counted as a person, as well as children over 12. Too many children from 2 to 12 have caused damage the parents refuse to rectify, so I have changed the rules to children over 12 only. Not set up for disruly children.Unruly and rude adults will also be asked to leave if disrespectful, entitled, don't have any respect for me or my home, or any of my few requests which are set up front and in advance.
