• The private driveway is reached from Wisconsin Avenue through the alley between River Road and Oak Street, with easy parking and unloading
• Guests use only the sunroom entrance door; all other doors are locked on arrival
• The front of the home faces historic River Road, overlooking the Wisconsin River and River Walk

• Extra vehicles can use nearby public lots; downtown Wisconsin Dells does not allow overnight street parking
• The Wisconsin Dells Amtrak station is located nearby for guests arriving by train

• 👥 Maximum occupancy: 20 registered guests. The listed rate includes up to 16 guests; stays above 16 guests require prior approval and an additional $35 per guest, per night. Any guest age 1 or older counts toward occupancy.

• 🔞 Minimum booking age: the primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old and must stay at the property unless specifically approved in advance.

• 🏛 Historic home: built in 1905. Seven of the eight bedrooms are upstairs, reached by stairs.

• 🛁 Bathrooms: 8 private bathrooms (one per bedroom) plus 2 half baths on the main level.
