Welcome to our stunning property on Lake Placid, part of the serene Guadalupe River system. Enjoy easy lake access from the dock and ramp for kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming. Immerse yourself in great fishing for Bass, Channel Cats, Yellow Cats, and Blue Cats.

The open living space and dining table accommodating up to 10 people, features a spacious fully equipt kitchen. The main home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the casita provides an open living space with an adjoining bathroom, sitting area with a couch, TV, twin over twin bunk beds, and a queen bed.

Separated by a covered breezeway, the main home and casita are only 8 feet apart, all on one level with no stairs and mostly handicap accessible depending on your needs.

Fish Haus outdoor haven boasts a large fenced backyard with an outdoor TV, kayaks, canoes, corn hole, hammocks, and a grand fire pit for s'mores under the stars. The property is fully fenced, including a 4-ft-tall fence to prevent little ones from accessing the water.

For adventure seekers, attractions like Schlitterbahn, tubing on Comal and Guadalupe Rivers, San Marcos Outlet Mall, Natural Bridge Caverns, Gruene Historic District, and more are within 25 minutes. You'll have exclusive access to the entire property, with the exception of the boat lift and storage building situated at the front. Enjoy the privacy and amenities of the main space for a comfortable and memorable stay.

✅ There are two distinct structures on the property—a main home with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a casita guest house with a full bathroom. While it may pose a challenge if you prefer all your kids under one roof, the homes are in close proximity and easily accessible through an enclosed breezeway.
✅ Pool is not heated
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
