With stylish decor, comfortable spaces, and plenty of room to spread out, Fawn Ridge is an easygoing getaway for families and small groups looking to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories. 🍳 FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN
The main level is bright, open, and made for hanging out. Vaulted wood ceilings and big windows frame peaceful views of the trees and ski hill, while the cozy living room with a wood-burning stove is perfect for movie nights or slow mornings. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials, plus a coffee station with complimentary K-cups, grounds and an assortment of teas. The dining area flows onto the wraparound deck, where you can lounge, grill on the gas BBQ, and soak in the scenery.

The lower level is pure fun with comfy seating, multi-purpose air hockey/pool table, and stylish post-worthy decor. It’s the ideal hangout spot for kids and adults alike. There’s a bar area with a beverage center, a quiet office nook for work or homework, and a second fireplace for extra cozy vibes.

🛁 BATHROOMS
Two full bathrooms—one on each level—stocked with towels and essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryer. Main floor offers a tub/shower combo while the first floor offers a stand up shower with rain shower head.

🔥 NATURE + CHILL
Soaring vaulted ceilings and expansive windows blur the line between indoors and out, filling the space with natural light and tranquil tree-lined views. Step onto the wraparound deck to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind with a grilled dinner, or take in the stars at night. Gather around the outdoor firepit for cozy evenings under the sky, perfect for conversation and s’mores. The backyard invites easygoing fun with lawn games like cornhole and yard pong, making it ideal for laid-back afternoons.
For sunny days at the lake we have two single rider kayaks with life jackets for adults and children. Just wanna relax at the lake? Grab one of our many floats and lounge in the cool lake water. Or use one of our beach chairs to chill in the sunshine.

Hitting the mountains in your EV? We've got you covered! Our Level 2 EVIQO charger delivers up to 50 miles of range per hour - so you'll wake up fully charged every morning.
EV charging available for $5/day. Just mention it at booking.

⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION
👀 Primary renter must be 25+ and present during the stay.
👀Max occupancy is 8 guests.
👀No pets, smoking, or parties.
👀Quiet hours are 10pm–8am.
👀Exterior Ring cameras are installed for safety purposes only- with views of driveway, deck entrance, and garage area.
👀Parking for up to 6 vehicles.
👀Speed limits and stop signs are strictly monitored by community security.
👀Burn bans may be announced at any time — guests must comply if in effect.

🔑Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home, yard, fire pit, and community amenities. A keyless entry code will be provided the night before arrival.

After booking, guests must complete online registration with the community prior to arrival, including guest and vehicle info. The host will provide instructions. Wristbands are required for lake amenities for guests ages 12+.

AMENITIES AT LOCUST LAKE VILLAGE
Fawn Ridge is in Locust Lake Village, a private lake community with 4 lakes.

+Locust Lake is about 0.5 miles down the road and offers an inflatable aqua slide.
+Pines Lake is the largest lake and is about 1.5miles away. (Both have a sandy beach, playground, picnic tables and a seasonal snack bar.)
+East Lake is 1.5 miles away and offers a sandy beach and playground as well.
+Pilgram Lake is the smallest and offers ice skating during the winter months.

The community chalet is nearby and hosts seasonal activities and events for families. Additional amenities offered in the community are skiing, sledding, swimming, and fishing. Guests will also have access to tennis/paddle courts, a basketball court, and a baseball field.
