The bathroom with shower and WC was renovated in 2021 and offers modern comfort. The sleeping area on the upper floor is accessible via a staircase and has a double bed and a single bed, ideal for 2 people plus an extra bed for 1 child if a shared bedroom is accepted. A small television completes the comfort in the bedroom.
The outside area of the flat boasts a particularly large terrace, which was renovated in 2022. From here you have a wonderful view of the mountains, which can be enjoyed especially at breakfast or barbecue evenings. Sun loungers, a barbecue and garden furniture are available for you to enjoy the idyllic surroundings to the full. The terrace is the ideal place to spend relaxing hours outdoors and enjoy the impressive view of the Hochgern.
