Supermarket bars, restaurants and car and scooter rental shops are in the immediate neighbourhood.

The flat consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious balcony with side sea views, a nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, oven, hob, washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms sofa, TV, large table, towels and bed linen are included and a nice pool with chill-out beds.

Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every room are standard, there is also a safe for your belongings.

You can park your car outside, perfect if you are hiring a car to explore this wonderful island. A car is not necessary as everything you need for your holiday is close by.

It is not permitted to use the pool at night and no music may be played from 22:00 to 10:00.

Do not use jukeboxes by the pool or in the flat!!! None of your neighbours want to hear your music!!!!

You are not allowed to listen to music from jukeboxes or loudspeakers, have parties in the flat, make noise or disturb the neighbours. You can only listen to music from smartphones, if you do not agree with these rules, please do not book this apartment!!!!!.

I prefer longer stays and quiet people.
