Ferienhaus-Dallgow bei Berlin

Owner lives on the property.You can expect 110 m2 of living space spread over 3 levels with approx. 300m2 of garden, in a quiet yet central location in a mature residential area consisting of one and two family houses. Bus and train connections within walking distance.
Equipped with everything you could wish for on holiday. Ground floor: 1 guest WC with washing machine, living room/dining room with fireplace and DVD/SAT/flat screen TV, small music system with approx. 32m².
We have a children's room with 3 beds. These can also be used by adults (craftsmen), as the beds are 1x 2 metres. A bedroom with 1 bed 1.80 metres x 2 metres and a bedroom as a walk-through room with 2 beds 1 x 2 metres.
First floor: Bathroom approx. 7 m² with shower, bath, WC (without bathtub), children's room 12 m² with a bunk bed for 2 children (1x2 metre beds) and a further cot for 3 children (travel cot or cradle available on request). Dressing room with double bed, also suitable as 2 bedrooms.
Attic approx. 20m² usable area with seating area, table and double bed. Bed linen, towels and entertainment games available.
The terrace is equipped with a table and 6 chairs, in the garden there is a playground with slide, sandpit etc. which can be used (at your own risk). The holiday home is located about 5 kilometres from Berlin and in the middle of a very beautiful landscape. The Döberitzer Heide with its varied nature begins just one kilometre away. Many hiking, cycling and riding trails lead through it.
