This holiday home, located directly in the idyllic harbour area, offers a unique holiday experience for up to 6 people and max. 1 extra bed with its unobstructed view of the water. With 80 m² of living space, you will find the perfect retreat for relaxing days by the sea. Please note that this holiday home is not available for rent to youth groups looking for accommodation for parties.
The interior of the holiday home is extremely tasteful and fully equipped. For your comfort, there is a bright living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, two bathrooms - one with WC, shower and sauna, the other with WC and bathtub - electric shutters on the ground floor and insect screens. There are two cosy bedrooms for four people and an additional bedroom with a double bed in the alcove, which is accessible via a small ladder (may not be suitable for elderly or infirm people).
The outdoor area is characterised by a spacious terrace with garden furniture and loungers, which leads to a small sunbathing lawn, as well as an inviting garden. For our younger guests, a high chair and a baby travel cot can be provided on request. Parking for two cars is available directly on the property, further parking is available at the adjacent harbour car park for a fee. Free WLAN and the option of an extra bed round off the offer.
The Baltic Sea can be reached by car in under 30 minutes. There, the wide and fine sandy beach invites you to linger, relax and build sandcastles. The crystal-clear waters of the Baltic Sea are ideal for cooling off on hot days.
In the immediate vicinity of the holiday home, the village of Neuendorf and the Nordvorpommern region offer numerous leisure activities and sights. Whether you want to explore the nearby excursion destinations such as the Marlow bird park, the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee, the Darwineum in Rostock, Warnemünde, the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula or the Ozeaneum in Stralsund - there is something for everyone. The small town itself has its own harbour and a sandy beach that is ideal for children. The cycle path around the Saaler Bodden invites you to go on extended tours.
