The dining room offers access to a terrace overlooking the garden. The living area is very cosy and has a reading corner, both offer access to the main covered terrace with views of the pool and the sea. A guest toilet completes the ground floor. There are three double bedrooms on the first floor. One of them offers an en suite shower room and a private balcony with incredible sea views. The other two bedrooms share a separate bathroom with bathtub and access to a balcony overlooking the garden.

This villa is not rented to groups of young people. The Klaima complex has set times of use.
