Soak in panoramic privacy from thick surrounding bamboo and arching live oak trees. The Insta-Worthy waterfall, with bench underneath, will take your mind off life for a while and make you feel you are indeed on vacation. (8) pool floats, and pool football. October - May the pool is heated to 87 degrees. Already at 87 degrees when you arrive! No heated pool fee.

Have the kiddos bring their bikes / scooters for paved paths, behind a gated entry.

Other games include croquet, tossing the football, barefoot, in the bright green grass, corn hole, and ring toss. Watch the big game from the hot tub or classic movie inside, fireside. Everyone can watch his or her favorite shows around the main home and casita between seven large screen HD/4K TVs, each with Roku streaming.

Swim diapers, high chair, folding portable crib with clean sheet, two portable playpens with clean sheets, bassinet, changing table with wipes, separate toy room, kids dining table, PFOA-free plastic kids dining ware, and a dinosaur kitchen step stool are all provided. And most importantly, all are pristinely clean. For night-night time, a spotless bath tub, will mean no change in the normal at-home routine.

Before you cozy up with a blanket next to the indoor fireplace, grab a cup of freshly brewed coffee or tea from either of the high-end coffee stations. Provided Keurig/coffee maker combo, French press, bean grinder, coffee/tea pods, organic coffee beans, teas, ground coffee, creamer, sugars, and to-go cups. One coffee bar in main house and one in casita. Includes locally roasted beans from Gruene Haus Coffee. Even the coffee is an authentic Hill Country vacation experience.
