There is no lifeguard on duty. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool. • Pets are not allowed. If you bring a pet, you will also be asked to leave. • Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles in the home. • Do not lean or sit on deck railing. • Do not sit on ping pong table. • Do not grill under the home. • Do not leave grill unattended. • No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
