The flat has three bedrooms accessible via the second corridor, two of which have a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 metres) and one with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 metres). The eat-in kitchen with a view of the orchard is fully equipped. There is a ceramic hob with extractor bonnet, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, plenty of crockery and pots, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, blender. In the living area there is a 32" LCD TV, DVD player and a stereo system as well as a wood-burning stove, which provides cosiness and pleasant warmth on cold days. The washing machine is also located in the large shower room with double washbasin and a 1.20 x 0.80 metre shower tray and toilet. There is also a separate toilet room. Garden furniture and a parasol await you in the large orchard. The house is located in the triangle between Stralsund and Greifswald (35 km each) and 40 km from the Darß.
The immediate proximity to the Baltic Sea coast, the beautiful landscape with extensive forests and cycle paths offer those seeking relaxation plenty of interesting locations, pleasant fresh air and the opportunity to switch off completely.
