House Details: The apartment is located on the fourth floor of an apartment building, has a ski room in the basement, and features its own parking space directly in front of the house. Summer: Fantastic hiking trails like the Suonenweg (historic irrigation channel path), excursions to Almagelleralp or the Mattmark reservoir, climbing tours, bike routes, and barbecue areas. Winter: Family-friendly ski slopes in the snow-sure Furggstalden ski area, cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs, and the Furggstalden sun terrace – a winter sports paradise for all ages. Saas Fee AlpinExpress (year-round ski area – up to 3600m) is reachable in 15 minutes by a direct ski bus.
