This beautiful house is built on the side of a mountain that looks westward across a jungle valley toward the Pacific. Casa Bellamar is a large home containing 3 king master suites, each with en suite bathrooms, private balconies, and walk-in closets. The large social area with covered balconies and walls of glass allow the outside to come inside so you always have the wonderful views of nature including monkeys, toucans, scarlet macaws and more. Built on a single level, the house is easy to walk as there are no stairs once inside. An elevator in the garage is great for luggage or those with mobility issues or if you are too tired from fun in the sun to climb the dramatic stairs to the front door.

Watch the fantastic sunsets from your private infinity edge pool! Located in a gated community only 5 minutes from famed Manuel Antonio National Park and beach, this is a great base for enjoying all the activities in this most visited area of Costa Rica.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the house and grounds. The pool is private and exclusively for use by Casa Bellamar guests. The kitchen is well equipped with all the implements needed to prepare your own meals if you like. Chef services available for an additional fee.
