There are only two units at Emerald Isle Resort with this level of distinction and Emerald's Corner is one of them. The oversized, curved covered balcony offers you a view and expanse of the Emerald coast that cannot be enjoyed anywhere else.

While it would be tough to compete with that view, the inside of Emerald's Corner does a great job of it, offering comfortable seating, high-quality entertainment, and a dining area and kitchen from which you can still soak up the sunset. The kitchen is sparking new with stainless steel appliances, bar seating, and offers all you need for a full meal or light snacks. Wifi is high speed and free, and rounding out the conveniences is a private washer/dryer.

The master bedroom features a king bed, a view of the Gulf, balcony access, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a beautiful walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom offers two beds, a TV, plus access to the second bathroom which also has a walk-in tiled shower.

This condo is on the 23rd floor. Complimentary daily beach service is included in season.

The minimum age to rent is 25, and no pets/ESA are allowed.

Emerald Isle sits right on 300 feet of sugar white sand beaches and features amenities to make any vacation top-notch: 2 Pools (one with a waterfall and one heated combined indoor/outdoor pool), large pool deck with showers and bathrooms, hot tub, sauna, steam room, exercise room with TV overlooking gulf, pool pavilion with two large stainless steel barbecue grills, beach activities like parasailing/waverunners, underground parking or covered parking connected by private walkway, and 24-hour security.

Parking notes: This condo comes with one reserved parking space in the underground parking. For extra vehicles, you may find space in the same lot or in the north parking garage located across the street from the building where any spot is available as long as it not a reserved parking space. There is a sky bridge that will take you across the street to the main building. Once checked in, please display your parking pass in your vehicle, as Security checks regularly. The parking garage maximum vehicle height is seven feet, and there is no guaranteed onsite parking for oversized vehicles. No scooters, golf carts, rentable mini vehicles, boats, or trailers are allowed on the property. Parking pass + wristbands are included with your $40 resort fee that is paid at the resort upon arrival (4th floor office). There is a $40 registration fee that is paid separately and goes directly to the HOA. This registration fee covers one parking pass.

ITEMS TO BE AWARE OF BEFORE YOU BOOK

1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree that a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed on the Primary renter's credit card prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed.
