Relax in the timeless comfort of this elegant Georgian country house, where sweeping staircases, high ceilings and panelled walls create an immediate sense of grandeur and warmth. Natural light pours through large sash windows, and generous rooms give the house a calm, unhurried flow — perfect for gathering together or finding quiet corners to unwind.
The house sleeps up to 17 guests across 9 characterful bedrooms arranged as 2 Superkings, 2 Kings, 3 Doubles, 1 Twin and 1 Single. Some bedrooms feature their own sink and decorative open fireplaces (not in use), adding charm and authenticity to the historic setting.
Bathrooms are thoughtfully spread across the house for group comfort, including a shower room in the East Wing, a central bathroom with bath and hand shower, a bathroom at the top of the staircase with bath and overhead shower, plus two ground-floor WCs.
At the heart of the home is a large country kitchen designed for shared cooking and easy catering, with generous worktops, ample fridge space and everything needed for memorable group meals. A separate dining room seats everyone comfortably, while the house also boasts a purpose built bar room for added fun, an events room with plenty of space for dining, party games or celebrations, a cosy snug for quieter moments, and a large living room complete with a log burner, perfect for relaxing together after a day of exploring.
If needed, there is an additional king bedroom and single room in the attic area, offering extra flexibility for larger groups
Outside, 8 acres of private grounds surround the house. A quiet lane leads to the private parking area, creating a peaceful arrival. Lawns, orchard and summer meadow stretch down to a pond at the bottom of the garden, all framed by leafy views and open skies — ideal for outdoor dining, garden games and tranquil countryside walks.

Guests have access to the entire house during their stay. Two attic rooms are generally reserved for the owners’ use but can be made available on request for additional sleeping space.
There is private on-site parking.
All grounds are for guests to enjoy, including lawns, orchard and the man-made pond at the bottom of the garden.

Set in peaceful Pembrokeshire countryside, the house offers privacy, open views and easy access to scenic country walks and local wildlife. The village of Clarbeston Road with its local pub is just 1 mile away, while the market town of Haverfordwest is a 5–10 minute drive for shops, cafés and restaurants.
Pembrokeshire’s stunning coastline, beaches and coastal paths are typically 25–40 minutes by car, making this an ideal base for exploring West Wales.
A car is essential for exploring the wonderful Pembrokeshire countryside and coast.
There is on-site parking by the house for at least 5+ cars, with additional space available if required. The property is accessed via a private lane, making arrival and departure easy for larger groups.
If needed, there is an additional king bedroom and single room in the attic area, offering extra flexibility for larger groups.
There is parking for at least eight cars on site. The private lane leading to the property can also be used for additional parking if required.
Please note that electric vehicle charging is not available at the property. For safety and to protect the home’s electrical system, charging vehicles using household outlets is not permitted.
There are public EV charging stations available in nearby towns around Clarbeston Road, and guests are encouraged to use these during their stay. We’re happy to point you in the right direction if needed.
