The property with four luxury flats and a separate luxury villa is located on the cliffs of La Matanza, approximately 280 metres directly above the sea, in an absolutely exposed position. The Costa Acentejo nature reserve begins directly below the property, which has a circular hiking trail or invites you to hike to the sea. The property is an ideal accommodation for guests with high standards who are looking for peace and relaxation in a rural setting away from mass tourism.

This beautiful luxury flat is the highlight of the property. It has a very spacious bedroom with a double bed (200 x 180 cm) including a Swiss-Flex health sleeping system. Moroccan carvings above the bed round off the upscale ambience in the bedroom. Enjoy the picturesque view from the luxury bathroom with free-standing bath and shower. SAT-TV and WLAN are also available. The modern kitchen, newly installed in 2016, has a dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, ceramic hob with 4 hotplates and is fully equipped with all the utensils you need on holiday. Bathrobes, shower and bath towels and a hairdryer are also provided.

The holiday home is an ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area. You can explore the island and go hiking in the mountains. You can socialise with the Canarian people or enjoy the peace and quiet to relax or reflect on your life goals. Spend time here alone with your partner or with your family. If you love good food, there are good restaurants nearby or you can cook for yourself and buy fresh vegetables at the neighbouring farmers' market or fresh fish in the shop nearby. The nearest restaurant is about 200 metres away. The nearest town with shops is around 1500 metres away. The nearest beach, El Caleton, is around 2000 metres away. The tourist town of Puerto de la Cruz is around 15 kilometres away. Plunge into the hustle and bustle there and return to your oasis of peace.
